Evolution Training Services provides the solution by creating custom tailored training sessions for one or more people, in groups or your entire staff at once, in whatever way you choose.

Our Half-Day training sessions come with a detailed training outline, support materials and .wmv files that can be viewed through Media Player long after the training is over as an on going resources for your business. Each training session is tailored to your business process including any customizations you may have had within Evolution.

Here's some examples of of the types of training sessions that we do on a regular basis:

• Basic Overview and Usage of the Software including setting up categories, and configuring the software from the first moment you use the software.
• Sales Force Automation techniques including defining your sales process in the software and automating follow ups and reminders.
• Customer Relationship Management including moving contacts through your sales process, how to handle customer support and E-mail module integration with your Contacts and day-to-day schedule.

• Business Reporting: We show you the reports necessary to really get a handle on how your business runs and what numbers matter and how you can use them to improve your business and increase cash-flow.
