The Collaborative View

The most popular view of the schedule is the collaborative view which allows staff and teams to collaborate quickly and easily. In this view, Evolution allows you to see the schedules of everyone that is important to you. Ideal for teams, and supervisory roles managing your schedule is just a few clicks away with this view.

• Adjust who is on your schedule with the check list on the left of the screen
• Move ahead or back using the dynamic calendar or jump keys in the top menu
• Color coded categories for easy recognition of different types of meetings
• Add or remove the amount of days viewable in the schedule
• The schedule will update as evolution synchronizes
• The refresh key allows for last minute changes to be viewable immediately

The Daily View
